We want you to be completely satisfied with your Victoria Beckham Beauty purchase; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unused products within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Victoria Beckham Beauty box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
